Team Training
Your season, built stronger.
Strength, speed and durability training built around your team's calendar, not ours. We test, we plan, we train, and we show you the numbers.

Why Teams Train With Us
Most teams don't lose because of talent. They lose to fatigue, soft-tissue injuries and a roster that's slower in February than it was in August. Our belief is simple: strength is the gap. Close it, and everything the coaches teach shows up faster and lasts longer.
Our training supports your season and never competes with it. Practice and games come first, and the training adapts around them.
How It Works
1. Test. Every partnership starts with a team testing session: jumps, sprints, force-plate strength, movement screens and body composition. You get a clear baseline for every athlete.
2. Plan. We build the program around your calendar: off-season, pre-season and in-season phases, with game weeks and tournaments already accounted for.
3. Train. Coached sessions at our 12,000 sq ft facility on Aiken Road, or at your facility.
4. Re-test and report. We re-test mid-season and at the end, and coaches get the report. Progress is a documented number, not a promise.
What a Session Looks Like
About 60 minutes, coached start to finish:
Movement prep (10 min): mobility, activation, landing mechanics
Speed & power (15 min): sprints, jumps, med-ball, change of direction
Strength (25 min): main lifts, scaled to training age
Durability (10 min): arm care, core and injury-risk work for your sport
Built Around Your Season
Off-season: build the engine. Strength, size and speed.
Pre-season: convert it. Power, conditioning and sport-speed.
In-season: keep it. Short, efficient sessions that keep athletes fresh and on the field.

FAQ
What does it cost?
Team pricing is per athlete, per session, and depends on group size, frequency and season length. Every partnership starts with team testing. Reach out and we'll put together a plan and a price for your roster.
Will this wear my athletes out during the season?
No. In-season sessions are shorter and planned around game days. The goal is to keep athletes fresh, not to win the weight room.
How many athletes can you take?
Any roster size. Groups over 15 get a second coach.
Do athletes need lifting experience?
No. Everyone is coached from their current level, and middle schoolers start with the fundamentals.
