Building Strong Foundations

At Propel Performance, we specialize in building a strong athletic foundation for young athletes—starting from the ground up. Our Youth Performance Programs are intentionally designed to meet kids where they are developmentally, helping them progress through each critical stage of physical, mental, and emotional growth.

From elementary through high school, our age-appropriate training methods focus on enhancing fundamental movement skills, coordination, strength, speed, and agility, all while promoting injury prevention and long-term athletic development. Each program is backed by the latest in sports science and coaching methodology to ensure that young athletes not only perform better on the field, but also build the confidence, discipline, and resilience needed to thrive in life.

Whether your child is just discovering sports or already competing at a high level, our structured, progressive approach ensures that they are safely challenged, properly coached, and consistently supported on their athletic journey.
